Refunds for one-time projects are available if requested within the early stages of the project; deductions may apply based on completed work. Refunds are generally not available after 50% of the project is completed or after final delivery. For ongoing or monthly services, cancellations must be requested with 30 days' notice, and refunds are not provided for services already delivered within the billing cycle.
